Install sicurty problam

Hello guy.

I get A little problam when I'm trying to install my Motorola Phone Tool's
Its show me a Click the image to open in full size.
And this problam not only in this Installtion

Yes i check it out , I had de-luxe version but its keep show me this window with error..
and now i install the 4.5 ver for vista\xp and still this problem if ill close the digital sicurity its will works?...
I have to know 'If does its will works so can u give me turtial to close it
