Zone Alarm Pro not compatible

I did ask this question before, but was not provided with an clear reply.
I had Zone Alarm Pro on my pc with Windows XP Home and it worked fine. I can not install it on my new pc despite asking for help from zone labs.
They sent me two different exe files supposedly to work with Vista, but neither can be installed Does anyone else have this problem and is there a fix for it. After several e mail exchanges with the Zonelab tech, I am still no further. I even tried the trial version ZoneAlarm security suite without success. Could it have something to do with the Norton 360 security suit? I would not like to delete Norton with out knowing if that is for sure the problem.

First they send me a link that did not install at all, then i was tranferred from customer service to Tech service which send me this:
PLease use the direct link to the set up file rather then the mini installer.

http://download.zonealarm.com/bin/free/104..._254_000_en.exe
Which I did . While it is not the Zone Alarm Pro on which I have still an 8 month subscription update left on, I thought i try it. I got as far to install the program, but then when I clicked on it to open the program it stayed stuck on initializing (see pic). I am rather surprised that Zonelabs does not have the updated script to work with Vista 32 bit ps. the program in the link is only a 15 day trial version, that is why I did contact zonelabs for help with my Zone Alarm Pro or give me credit on an other program for the the eight month subscription that is left.

Did you disable UAC and your anti-virus. Reboot with both disabled. Try to install.

No, I was not aware that one had to do that in order to download a program. The only UAC is me as the administrator, I read that it would be better to use an other account for day to day operations. However, I am the only one to use this PC, should I still set up another account for normal use?

Thanks Guys, Zone labs finally send me the correct information and link. All is OK now like it was with my Windows XP Home.
ps. there was no need to fiddle with the UAC or shutting down the Norton 360 security suite. (just in case someone else runs into this type of problem)
