is it safe to have these security software combined???

eset nod32 3.0 (anti-virus)
SuperAntiSpyware (anti-spyware)
malwarebytes' anti-malware (anti-malware)
spywareblaster (tool that ads software to Internet explorer 6or7 to ssurf safely)
spywareguard (anti-spyware)

You will only get into problems when running two virus checkers or firewalls at the same time because they will fight each other.

Prpbably not. I run a plethora of anti-malware tools and only run one virus scanner and one firewall. I've never had any problems.

I have never heard of having problems running two anti spyware so I would expect it to be safe. Try it to find out, I can not see any damage happening. Just make sure they are just anti spyware and not anti spyware with anti virus built in.
