Whats going on?

Ok, I'm starting to get a creepy feeling like I have been infected with some sort of spy ware that is undetectable.

My screen randomly goes black for about 2 seconds every few hours right when I'm logging into something or doing something which requires credentials.

Sometimes it happens when I'm just browsing the internet.

I have checked my firewall and ran tons of AV scans. I don't know what else to do.

Any suggestions?
Thanks.

I have ran virus scan with Avira and Avast.

Spy and malware scans with defender, SUPERAntispyware, a-squared and have installed SpywareBlaster.

I had 116 Tracking Cookies on my computer which were detected and removed by SUPERAnti-spyware after spending over 3 hours scanning every inch of my computer.
