is there any way for a admin to allow a standard user right to run a game? (world of warcraft) I have vista home premium

Standard users can run games unless you have set the parental controls to block it. Also, WoW does not require admin permissions. I'm guessing someone is lying to you to get admin privileges
OR they might just think they need them. Either way, they dont.
