Hi, I work for a company that has is using vista home premium. Its a small company, but we just reopened a new office. Now my problem. Someone who used to work here is the Admin on the computer in that office and I have no way to override his password that no one knows. I can only log on as a guest. I have already tried safe mode and the CMD. It brings up the enter new password and then tells me access is denied. Does anyone else no how to override or change this password?

Hello Kelly, and welcome to Vista Forums.
You will need to reinstall Vista to wipe out the account.
