Prevent abortion of shutdown

Hey guys, I need a way to stop all users aborting a system shutdown via the /a arguement.

Any ideas?

since you need to have an elevated command prompt to fiddle with the auto shutdown command, then you could password your admin account and give all other users a guest account, since they need your password to elevate command, they cant possibly stop the shutdown sequence.
and for future reference, the command is -a, not /a

I need to stop admins too without talking their admin power away. And /a also works.
