| vista home premium | windows defender I have been to the help and support and still have somewhat of an issue with defender. When I start or restart my pc [running vista hp] defender now comes on and icon is in system tray. But momentarily it shuts off. If I run defender as adminstrator will I have to select this setting every time i start the pc? Or will it remember and continue to run always as admin? I feel also that the UAC has something to do with shut off and next question would be how do I set UAC to always allow defender to run without shutting down shortly after startup? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Raven. |
