You are not supposed to discuss cracks and trial resets in the Forums.
However, you can PM to any member to do so.

It should be listed in the Misc settings option. Try reinstalling Norton and you may find the option. Or just go thru all the settings and you should find it.

Have you contacted Norton support about this? It may only be a trial version but you may also be a potential paying customer.

Re: Norton 2009

Why don't you try free AV from MS- Morro?

Re: Norton 2009

Open Norton product> Click Norton Internet Security/Norton Antivirus tab.> Under Settings, click Norton Internet Security/Norton Antivirus Option at the bottom> In the new window, under General Options> Settings> Under How to protect your product from Hackers, you can see Turn on protection for your Norton product (Recommended).

i assume you turn it off there

Re: Norton 2009

Are you using Norton AV or norton Internet security 09? which version are you using? If you just wanna use trial reset then download the latest version of NIS 09 from www.symantec.com and then you will surely find what you are looking for.

NIS 2009 does not slow your computer at all. It's a lot better than previous Norton IS and I was running 2GB of ram with it on Vista and 1GB of ram on XP. No performance hit at all. Only using 3.5MB of ram on my computer. The uninstaller on 2009 is miles better than it is on the older version.

Just another user that base his opinion on past products. Who uses Zone Alarm???
