Shezy,

Are you sure that the CD has the files on it? Is it a restore CD or a Installation CD???
Do you back your files up? And was this a sudden thing that your computer didnt work or were there weird signs that something was happening??

Let us know,
Ben

Thank you guys for looking to help me!!!

Situation is that comp start acting weared like slow hanging and later it will boot but will show intitial black screen and some text but will not go to windows and hang.

I dont have any important data so i decided to restore, there are two disks for restore not windows install i think. I put first disk in there it starts recognise disk and give warning data will be deleted... then moves on and starting restore wizard... after few minutes it just kicks the disk out with blank screen display.

It does not ask me for second???

you are going to do a clean install. to get rid of the possible virus, and clean up the errors. You need a vista disk to do that. If your computer came with vista OEM on it (there will be a vista license number on the bottom) you can download the vista dvd and install from it

hope this helps
