Can you boot into safe mode? If not download the Avira Rescue cd and use another pc to burn the 60MB iso to cd. Reboot and let it scan. The link is:

Avira AntiVir Rescue System

ImgBurn hands down. Make sure you choose to burn an .iso and your pc should boot from the cd unless you need to adjust the BIOS, which shouldn't be necessary. If that program won't clean it, it might rename it so the virus is useless. Then we can go hunting for it, and delete it completely.

Have you tried one of the many free scans available?
McAfee and Norton's usually offer fixes for just about all of them.
Being you can obviously still browse simply visit one of those sights, get a free scan, and follow suggestions after the virus pops up.
I strongly recommend that you stick with large scan sites such as Norton's or McAfee. It is very common for other viruse to mask as a fix for the one you are trying to get rid of and QUESS WHAT, you will have another one to deal with. So a good rule of thumb is "DON'T TAKE THE BAIT". I have not had a virus in 10 years and I used to collect them just to see how they worked.
Removing viruses can be fun, challenging and certainly very educational. Don't sweat it McAfee will have a fix.

Offline are still faster and more likely to catch something up. After the rescue cd, I'd say alwarebytes and SuperAntiSpyware should clean any remnants up.

First of all I do not work for McAfee!!!
I believe you had a typo and meant to say you have the
Win32/Hallmark.KW trojan. If I am correct I am also looking at the fix on McAfee site Cookie Help
you can do the pay to remove or try the free scan. They usually fix things and then get you to buy a subscription. I strongly suggest you update and get with a new program.
