I can remember when I used that all the time.Now it hardly ever finds a damn thing.To boot you set it not to run at Startup and it just does what it wants

I used to love ad-aware. They changed the engine, interface, et al. It was much slower and I quickly gravitated away from it. If their revamped program has merit, I'd love to check it out. But I'll let JMH test it first!
