Vista - Security setting won't let me download AVG

Ken thanks so much for your help, just completely puzzled as been like this since day one with the security settings, i don't download much, everything is fine apart from this, have no probs at all running fast everything great except this download thing, how i got avast to run i don't know

No rush been like this for 8 weeks so like i say everything is great apart from this prob, thanks so much
