Try this!
1. If logged on as administrator, then click Start, enter ‘cmd’ in the box, and start the command prompt. If logged on as a normal user, click Start, enter ‘cmd’, right click on the command prompt, and click ‘Run as administrator’ to start the command prompt.
2. Enter the command: net user administrator /active:yes
3. See ‘The command completed successfully.’
4. Exit the command prompt.
