I just ran a full scan with malwarebytes and it says I am infected. this is how it reads..

Trojan.MSIL c:\program files (x86) pc-doctor 5 for windows...

I have let malwarebytes open and have not done anything yet so I am hoping for some help here real quick,,,Thank You

Is that in your AV or MalwareBytes?

Hello and yes the second one is in my AV which is Kaspersky Internet security 2011 I have has them since 2008.

It should put the file into quarantine where you can delete or restore it if you want.
I would delete it myself if I trusted my AV.

Hello I am running another full AV before I delete but here is the one from malwarebytes.

If you are uncomfortable, Ill get Jacee. She will know what to do.

Hello Rich the one that I am not sure about is this one. I will upload 2 screenshots and I did send a PM to Jacee but she must sleeping by now.

I am hoping it is not to bad, the only thing i can think of is that I had to uninstall Norton before I could download Kaspersky since I have prepaid for 2 years. It might have been during that time when this got in.

Bottom line
If your AV can delete or quaranntine, you are ok.
If not wait for Jacee.
