I have rather stuipidly went into task manager and looked at the processes security and denied everything from this one process with an obscure name.
Now when i try to open any applications error says : Windows cannot access specified device, path, or file. You may not have the approproate permissions to access the item.
But when i click run as admin. all is well and good, but sometimes half way through a process will come up with same message, and ofcourse half way through is no run as admin. button.
Also can't perform system restore links on the page just dont work :/

I think if this is the end of my computer i deserve a Darwin Award.
