AVG found two trojan horses and got them deleted, am I safe?

My scan just finished with the results of two Trojan Horses on my computer. They were from an emulator I downloaded ages ago. It wasn't a virus at first, but for some reason it is now.

AVG tried to remove it, but it said that it coulden't remove it because of some archive file size limit? Something about 5MB or something. I clicked "Remove" and the status says it's deleted. Am I ok now? One of them got moved to the virus vault, the other one is blank when it says Action History.

Thank you for everything you've done for me in the past years. I'm sorry that games require much more than you're capable of, but you'll never be forgotten as my first personal computer <3
Peter,
The best way to ensure that you are safe is to run a full anti virus scan.
Download and make a full scan with malwarebytes.
Use an online scan to further test for the presence of the virus.
Use Eset online scanner to check further
Free ESET Online Antivirus Scanner
If you are clean, I would say that you are ok.
That being said there is only one way to be 100% sure and that is a format and new install. I think in the case of a Trojan that is being entirely too cautious.
Take the additional steps that I have outlined above and you will be ok.
