i have just used my super antispyware programme and it has found 2 adware
tracking cookies.
what are these
are they dangerous
should i leave in quarantine
should i delete them from quarantine

You can delete them, but adware tracking cookies are not usually harmful to your system.
After SuperAntiSpyware has finished scanning your system a message something along the lines of:-
"While not harmful, these items may track surfing and activity" will appear. Just delete the items and your system is now free of those cookies.
You may want to download and use Ccleaner. One of its features is that it removes cookies that are installed on your computer. You have an option to choose which ones you prefer to keep.
