Hello w377ice, and welcome to Vista Forums.

If you are still unable to boot into the original account without the error, then see if doing a System Restore at boot using a restore point dated before you had this error may fix it for you.

Hope this helps,
Shawn

Re: The User Profile Service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded.

I did the System Restore but it was failed. Cannot restore my files and settings. My original Account is already fixed working fine. Only the new Account that i just made has a problem. I tried to check the SID of it in the REGEDIT, but it wasn't there. I don't know where to find it. Is there a limitation on making Account on my laptop? I got three Account now on my laptop, and one Account that i just made has an error "The User Profile Service service failed the logon user profile cannot be loaded". Two of them working fine. Please help me. Thanks in advance.

Re: The User Profile Service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded.

No, there is no limit on how many user accounts that you can create.

To be safe, I would recommend that you backup anything that you do not want to lose just in case the other accounts stop working again. Try deleting the new account (OPTION TWO) with this error from within one of the other administrator accounts. Afterwards, see if you can create another new adminstrator account to see if it will work properly. If not, then you may need to reinstall to fix the corruption.

Hope this helps.

Re: The User Profile Service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded.

Hello Konect, and welcome to Vista Forums.

It will be fine to leave the now old file names as .bak in the registry. It would be best to keep it as a backup.

I didn't make a reinstalling in my laptop because my two accounts are working fine, instead I enable my built-in Administrator Account just for incase,my regular Account jamn again. Is this ok?

W377ice,

Sure that would be fine as long as your other accounts are working fine. To be safe, I would recommend to keep backups of anything that you do not want to lose just in case.
