Are you able to use step 2 in the STEP ONE section to log on to do this? If not, then you can try a System Restore at boot using a restore point dated before this error to try and fix this. Thank you Shawn, I was able to use this step once I found out from another post that I needed to reboot and hold F8 key to be able to open in safe mode. Thank you I am proud to announce that my laptop is running again and I did not lose any info!!!!  I am glad I found this site and that you were eager to assist me, thanks again, Kenje |
