Hello Venom,

Looking at your system specs, I would say that was not a bad time at all. You can see what others are getting at this link to help compare with yours though.

Thanks, I think it would be less than a Minute if I did not stop to login first. Plus at the boot up screen where the Status bar goes across use to make 4-5 swipes after SP2 its now 6-7. But is does shut down way faster. Maybe after the SP2 cleanup tool is used it might be faster.

after a few more tweaks I have it down to 55 seconds. I'm pretty happy with that. This was a great tut.

Sidney1st, did your browsing in 64bit IE. get slower after you installed VB Exp. ?
