awww...that's too bad, I thought it had USB. But still, why extra I/O card? the onboard parrallel slot didn't work or u didn't have one?

Anyway, don't answer all these, no need to since you can't solve your problem

I could offer some online help on the matter but I don't wanna mess with your things since you've got them all sorted out for now. (except scanning I guess)

Thank god Windows 7 is coming out soon and there will be a different approach from manufacturers to making drivers and supporting products this time, unlike with Vista.

thanks for the thoughts... I wonder if Vista will let you trade up instead of down to XP.. fat chance huh?

As a matter of fact it does! It's been tested with the Beta leaks...And the official Beta will be launched today...

WOW! how do you get in on this?

My husband who bought this beast has been bemoaning not insisting on the XP ever since. Do you know what the changes/fixes will entail?

There is all the discussion about the new OS from Microsoft, most of us are running it already.
