| Vista x64 Ultimate SP2, Windows 7 Ultimate x64 | Re: Boot Screen - Change AloNs, I must admit that I do not know why you are getting that error. I can only suggest to contact that program's support link to see what they may be able to say to help. ![]() If you get a solution from them, please post back with it to help others that may get this same problem. Sorry, Shawn |

| Vista Ultimate x64 | Re: Boot Screen - Change Perhaps it's getting it's references from the Registry, where there are indeed keys containing the string '...en-GB' (though not '\Boot\en-GB'). The strings I found were, bizarrely, connected to Vista's speech-recognition systems. |

| Vista x64 Ultimate SP2, Windows 7 Ultimate x64 | Re: Boot Screen - Change Interesting, You might see if using a safe registry cleaning program like the free Wise Registry Cleaner may remove these invalid registry entries to allow the program to work afterwards. |

| Vista Ultimate 32bit | Re: Boot Screen - Change This does not work for me. I have created a new Boot Screen and made sure the paths are correct when I hit apply. It says that it is applied but now I only get a blank screen with funky colored rainbow. I don't even get the Windows Progress bar any more. I tried restoring default but that did not work either. I am running Visa Ultimate 32bit SP1 |

| Vista x64 Ultimate SP2, Windows 7 Ultimate x64 | Re: Boot Screen - Change Hello RBonser, I'm sorry to hear that the program did not work for you. You might also send in a report to the publisher of the program so that hopefully they can fix that problem. ![]() You should be able to run a sfc /scannow command to fix and restore the default boot screen. If not, doing a System Restore using a restore point dated before you changed the boot screen should. Hope this helps, Shawn |
