| Administrator | Re: Boot Screen - Change Hello Saigon, and welcome to Vista Forums. The shutdown screen would be the same as the log on screen, but this will show you how to change it. ![]() Logon screen - Change Hope this helps, Shawn |

| Newbie | Re: Boot Screen - Change Well, I signed up for these forums just to post what's "wrong" with this program. It's actually quite excellent, and works well but, for the people that have errors such as the "cannot find en-CA" and such, it's quite simple really. You open up control panel, and go into regional and language options. And there you change the format to the one it wants. CA=Canada, US= USA, and such!Nicely done ! |

| Member | Re: Boot Screen - Change I just ran the program, the first time worked fine. I did not like the Picture and deleted the Winload file. Then reopened the program and tried to set a different Pict and I got an error message. I then tried to set it back to stock and same message. So I deleted the program ran Advanced system care and rebooted the first picture was still there. I had to run SFC to get rid of it. So I tried again and same error when trying to set a Pic. It says: "Unhandled exception had occurred in you application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the App will close immediately" Then shows C:Windows\system32\en-US\winload.exe.mui. |

| Older But No Wiser | I give up on Vista Visual Master. I get the en-CA popup when I try to generate the file but I have changed the default input language to en-US as per the instructions. It would help if the application had its own help files. The strange thing is that it has changed my boot screen to Aurora despite the failure (which I don't like) but no change to the loogon screen. ![]() Addendum: all's well now - realised that it's the logon screen changer I need, not this one....LOL....Doh!!
