Information
This tutorial will show you how to resolve problem with ndis.sys or netio.sys blue screen
1. Make sure you don't have installed two firewalls or two antiviruses or likely -if yes you have to uninstall one of them.
NOTE: Only one antivirus and only one firewall should be installed in your system-no more.
2. Update driver for your network card
3. Install all service packs and updates.If you have this problem when you are using any P2P client it's especially important to have SP2 installed,because it disable half-open connections limits (details in KB969710
4. Disable QoS reserved bandwidth limit in Vista
The easiest way to do it:import this fix to registry
+ restart
5. Ultimate solution if really nothing help:Disable QoS Packet Scheduler
Control Panel >>Network and Sharing Center>>Manage Network Connection;right click on the LACN>>properties and uncheck "QoS Packet Scheduler"

Some applications may require good managing network traffic,if it possible I recommend install 3p software whom can do this.I recommend
