    Hello Giksy,

Strange, is that all it says is "OK"?

Do you have automatic logon set? If you do, then you might toggle it on and off to see if that helps.

    Re: Logon Automatically

Giksy, it sounds like you may have entered the incorrect password while setting up automatic logon as in the Warning box at the top of the tutorial. You might check this by doing the automatic logon setup again.

As a test, go ahead and create a password for that account, then set automatic logon again with that account's password to see if that helps.

No problem Giksy. I suppose that's one way of fixing it.

    Re: Logon Automatically

    Hi

I have just received a laptop with Vista on it so you will have to excuse my somewhat limited knowledge so far

More on topic, is there any way you can have it log in but only after x seconds?

So auto-login to guest account 15 seconds after welcome screen if no buttons pressed or something to that effect?

    Regards,
    ~John
