That suggestion workd fine, but do you know how to change the language to UK English eg colour instead of US English color?

Hi Chubtor,

Welcome to Vista Forums.

Sorry, the English (UK) version is not available in Windows Mail.

The free email program Thunderbird has it though. You can see more on this and the download link in the NOTE at the top of this tutorial.

Thanks Brink. I have just been told that Windows Mail is being replaced by Windows Live Mail and that there is a UK English fix for that so I will give it a go.
