Re: New Folder

Ok Etherton,

Other than a clean reinstall, that leaves the option to do a Repair (upgrade) install.

Re: New Folder

After 2 hours on the phone with MS Support and no fix, I was about to do a full system restore. Luckily, I decided to search the web first when I came across your Fix. It fixed the problem in 1 minute. You're a genius....and Microsoft support... well, enough said. Thanks for having your Fix available.

Re: New Folder

3. Click Run button for Security Warning prompt.

The above didn't work for me. No Security Warning prompt appeared after I clicked 'Merge'. Any help?
