If your using Windows Firewall, then see: How to Add or Delete an Exception in Windows Firewall in Vista for how. If this does not help, then try uninstalling Windows Live Messenger, then reinstalling it. Make sure that you have the latest version to. See: Windows Live Suite Downloads Shawn |

You might try another messenger program that is compatible with MSN to see if it will work for you.
