Thank you so absolutely much for this tutorial!

I have lots of storage on my main PC (a few TB) and was having problems with Vista remembering the folder settings - particularly with folders containing huge amounts of photos or video files. Explorer would even crash periodically when opening one of these folders and/or copying contents between these folder types.

This simple tutorial (and also the .reg file) has literally brought me so much joy. Thanks to Google for leading me to this tutorial and forum...
