| Newbie Rep Power: 2 | Re: Help and Support in Vista Hi Brink: I'm a "newbie" in your forum and wasn't here for more than 5 minutes when I found your solution to my problem. I also downloaded and installed Microsoft's WinHelp program for Vista. After installation, I continued to get the "1037" macro error message. I followed your advice, downloaded the Add WinHelp.reg Patch and merged it into my registry. It appears my problem has been eliminated. Brink, I can see why "Nobody messes with Texas". Thanks! |

| Newbie Rep Power: 1 | Re: Help and Support in Vista Hi, (and thanks) I have a problem with "windows help and support" system that I have not been able to find an answer for. When I try to open help in vista ultimate, it pops an internet explorer window that says "cannot download / from windows" and the windows help and support window remains blank. I have patched the 'old' help system which works fine but this above problem pops up when trying to access the 'new' help system. Thanks in advance, popzzz Oooooops .....
