| Vista Ultimate x64 | Re: Mouse Hovering to Activate a Window I went to the above section and the field is NOT activated. If I do not move the mouse away from an email message, a link or an icon on my desktop, it will take me there automatically. How do I fix this.? It is driving me nuts! |

| Vista x64 Ultimate SP2, Windows 7 Ultimate x64 | Re: Mouse Hovering to Activate a Window Hello Moshepp, The feature in this tutorial is for only for activating a window while hovering, and not a link or icon though. Is this for a mouse or touchpad? If a touchpad, you might look in the control panel, mouse, device settings, settings, and UNCHECK "Enable Tapping" to see if that can help. If mouse, you might look for a similar feature for that brand of mouse. Hope this helps some, Shawn |

| Vista Ultimate x64 | Re: Mouse Hovering to Activate a Window Thank you for the reply. You were correct that it was the touchpad. I wasn't connecting the two as being different. I went to the Tapping site and it was not checked. I checked it, came out and went back in and unchecked it. It seems to have worked. I'll let you know if it starts again. Thanks for the help. |

| vista home 32bit | Re: Mouse Hovering to Activate a Window I don't know if I am doing this correctly, but I "think" I have followed the directions correctly, but when I move my mouse over File, Edit, View, etc nothing happens. When I hovering my mouse over one of the icons on the Yahoo toolbar, nothing happens. What or how is supposed to work? I was thinking that doing one of the above would open a menu or window. I would appreciate your help. |
