| Vista Home Premium 32 bit | Re: Windows Mail Signatures Hi, I did this and it works. However, here's my question. I have chosen my default email address to send from and my defaut signature does show up. But, if I want to send an email from my other email address, I have to click the "From" section and use the drop down menu to select the other address. But when I do this, my signature aassociated with that email does not appear. I have to manually insert it. This is of course because I have the "Automatically add signature" box checked in Options. In Outlook, you are able to manually choose which email address you are sending from before opening the message box by going to File, New, Mail Message (you then had a choice here of which email address and the correct signature would pop up). Is theer any way to do this in Windows Mail? Thanks:> |

| Vista x64 Ultimate SP2, Windows 7 Ultimate x64 | Re: Windows Mail Signatures Hi Tracy, Sort of. You can do step 9 to select to have a signature to be used for a selected email account. Hope this helps some. Shawn |

| Vista Home Premium 32 bit | Re: Windows Mail Signatures I did that step, however in order for those signatures to appear at all in your email, you must choose the "Add signatures to all outgoing messaged" box under Tools, Options, Signatures. And when this box is checked the "default" email you selected's signature is what always appears. I don't know if there is a way around this? Like I mentioned before, Outlook lets you choose beforehand and everythign is orrect form the get-go. |

| Vista x64 Ultimate SP2, Windows 7 Ultimate x64 | Re: Windows Mail Signatures Hello Tracy, I had always found it to be a bit quarky on this in Windows Mail. I found it easier to not have the signatures added automatically and just insert a selected signature manually easier. Another option is to use Windows Live Mail instead. It has a separate inbox for each email account that makes it easier to select to be able to create a new message with the selected email account's assigned signature. Hope this helps, Shawn |

| Vista ultimate x64 | Re: Windows Mail Signatures Hi, thanks for the very useful guidance. I have a question with regard to placing images into the signature. I created a logo in corel draw 13... is there any way other than using imageshack or websites like this, to have the signature appear in my mails without the client having to click to a link? thanks |

| Vista x64 Ultimate SP2, Windows 7 Ultimate x64 | Re: Windows Mail Signatures Hello djsgiles, and welcome to Vista Forums. If the image along with the text for your signature is less than 4KB, then you can just attach the image to the signature. If it is larger, then there is no other way. ![]() Shawn |

| Vista ultimate x64 | Re: Windows Mail Signatures Thanks for getting back to me. The file is 2kb and I am able to put it in the signature but the image of the logo comes up as an empty box with a red cross... anything I should change? |
