| vista home premium | Re: Windows Mail Signatures hiya, i've read through this good thread, but i am still having problems. i managed to set up a sig, lol lost it, set it up again. i have 2 mail accounts, i only want sig on one. i have checked the box in advance, made a default sig of just a dot, but unfortunately, thats what comes up for both. i then unchecked the "add sig to all outgoing messages", created a new message, went to insert to add the sig, but the sig option is greyed out. argh!! its doing my head in! tell me the easiest way isnt to add to all and just delete when not wanted?! i'm using windows mail. thanks ) |

| x64 | Re: Windows Mail Signatures I have rental properties on Long Beach Island, NJ and do the renting myself. I can't tell you the number of hours I've spent manually re-typing the same sig info at the bottom of my replies to rental inquiries. Now my sig contains all my contact info and a thumbnail image of my rental website along with a link to my website. Thank you so much for the great tutorial, the instructions worked fine! |

| vista home | Re: Windows Mail Signatures This is really helpful and thanks. However, when I got to send my email (having successfully incorporated in the email a signature created by using a .HTL document as outlined), I get the message "message character set conflict" with 3 options to send (as unicode, as is, or cancel). I have messed around changing, under 'tools', 'send' the send as unicode etc options but I still seem to get the same message whichever option I choose. I do not want to have to select one of these options every time I send an email. Any advice on how to disable this or configure it so it will be sent correctly every time? any advice much appreciated. |

| vista home | Re: Windows Mail Signatures Thanks, but I've tried all sorts of different configurations using the 'send' html options and I still get the same message. Any other suggestions? |
