| x64 Home Premium | Re: Notification Icons - Reset What a shame, this is the exact same tutorial I was looking for, but certainly not worth the effort of quitting and restarting explorer, and then even rebooting the computer. Someone should write an ap that will clear these old notification icons without all that effort. Thanks for taking the time writing the tutorial anyway, even if it doesn't suit my needs. |

But, as you might be able to guess by my choice of name, I kinda like my computer organized the way I want it organized, and the stale notification icons are a real bother. I'll just have to make it a habit to do this before I am going to reboot anyway for whatever reason. |
