HELP…How do i…..

I need a script that will run when a user is a member a domain group EG
KIOSK_ACCOUNTS@xxxxxx

This script needs to start another script what starts an application
(C:\Scripts\Startapp.vbs) and lock everything else that the user can see. So
no desktop, start menu, task bar ect ect. And just give the use a blank
screen or desktop with that program running on nothing else, and if the use
exits the application running they will get logged off the pc

This can be done by changing the SHELL object in the registry from
EXPLORER.EXE to C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE /K

This would by a machine-level GPO, however and not specific to a user
account.
