Vista - to stop explorer.exe at startup in vista-home

hello friends,
I am posting a doubt,
I want to stop exporer.exe at each startup,I am using Vista home edition

How can I do that?
Plz help me

I'm not sure about Vista , but on XP, explorer is the component that
displays the desktop. Do you have in mind to run some alternate user
interface?

i need to run my program at each startup ,i want that the user can't do anything until the program has been completed.
If i stop explorer.exe user can not view even taskbar and icons on the desktop,and thus my purpose is solved
but I don't know how to stop explorer.exe at startup using any coding,
can i do that by updating somewhere in registry?if yes then how

Replace explorer.exe with your exe .. and from within your exe launch
explorer.exe
