Vista - vbscript - using user32 dll funtion

Hi, I'm trying to get contacts from Outlook Address book using vbscript (in a
web page).. I'n able to open the AddressBook and get contacts. There r 2
issues naggig me.
1. Everytime I try to open Address book, I get a warning "A program is
trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to
allow this?"
2. Address book is not in focus.. appearing in foreground especially in
Outllok 2007.

I need vbscript code for this. (I shouldn't suppose to use any of the third
party addin/plug-in for this requirement .e.g Redemtion/SecurityManager)
Clarifiaction/help on this is very much appreciated. Thanks
