Vista - removing patches with WUA apis

I'm trying to remove windows patches through WUA apis
and it fails with error code:

Yes, I know. I was just giving a try.

Well the issue not directly related to VB Scripting.
It is found while implementing, Windows Update API, in VB scripting. This solution is given by Microsoft for implementation and has the problem described above.
