SCRIPTING DFS and Active Directory

Hello everyone -

I have a DFS refactoring that needs to be done, and I need to somehow find
what Windows profiles/services/applications reference DFS links. Any
ga-roovy ideas?

Thanx in advance!

Re: SCRIPTING DFS and Active Directory

Hello Again - You know us people in snowy minnesota MUST start reply to
their own messages to stay sane, but I was wondering if a kludge might be to
search for the respective GUIDS by creating some update to each link, then
awk the AD ReplMon log(s). Whadayya think?

Try not digitally signing your message next time.
In my newsreader I get asked so many questions about it I'm not going to
read it.

Re: SCRIPTING DFS and Active Directory

I'm not sure what value signing is in a newsgroup. Even if I could accept
that someone called Joseph G Earl is provably the author, I don't see how
that would make any difference as to how I would respond.

Re: SCRIPTING DFS and Active Directory

Sorry 'bout the signature, guys. I had imported one of my Outlook 2003
accounts and it apparently came along.

Re: SCRIPTING DFS and Active Directory

Ok, now that that's fixed, are there any ideas about what is causing this
and how I might fix it?
