| | Print migration and client impact (Script) Hi all, I am looking for a script which will recreate the printers on client machine based on their network location. For example if computer is on 10.1.1.0/24 subnet, during logon it should map printer says ABC. If the computer is on 10.1.2.0/24, it should map to XYZ. Scinerio: I have 5 print servers located 5 different locations. I want to consolidate all five print server into one using print migration tool. I believe that after that I need a script to re-created printer on client machine. Am I right that print migration will not do that on client side. For this purpose I need Script as mentioned in paragraph first. Any best practice approache also welcom. thanks to all -- Rahisuddin Shah MCSE - MCSA - ITIL |
