Provision a Shared Folder Wizard

My company has finally gotten around to rolling out some Windows 2008
servers. I'm trying to script the creation of the file shares and am having
some issues (see my other post). We're considering implementing Quota's
and was wondering if there is a way to script the "Provision a Shared Folder
Wizard". I've been trying to search for that but as you can imagine I'm
coming up with a lot of useless unrelated junk.
