How to grab the NIC device name

Hello

I'm looking for a way to iterate over the installed NIC's on my PC, and if I
find a particular Device name, then grab the connection name.

For instance if Device name == Intel Pro 1000
then connectionVar == connection name //"Local Area Connection 2"

Thanks
