Vista - Help with Script to Change Logon Account of a Service

Can someone give me an example of a script that changes the logon account of
a service and then restart the service after changing the logon account of it?

I'm not sure if you can do this with a VB Script but you can certainly do it
with the following commands:
sc config <ServiceName> obj= TeeCee etc.
sc stop . . .
sc start . . .
