prevent security software false positives

Is there anything I can do to prevent my script from being flagged by
security software?

it reads registry keys to detect if programs are installed.

it will start the installer if the program is not detected as installed

You might find this an interesting read:

The "takeaway" is that you should probably
try obfuscating the code that accesses the
Registry. Also, VBS scripts have been especially
focussed on over the years by security software
because few mainstream people ever run a .vbs
file. So a VBS that does the exact same thing as
an EXE is more likely to be flagged!
