Limited administration using scripting

Hi,

We want to grant a user in a Server 2003 environment limited access to the
Active Directory Users & Computers but we don't want the user to see
everything. In particular it would be nice if the user can reset passwords
within the user's department only.

Is there a script [or an application!] that can do this?

Thanks

I think the "application" you are looking for is called "Active Directory
Users & Computers". Nothing to do with scripting, so I'd suggest you look
for one of the AD newsgroups.
