Script Progress

Hi,
I have been searching around for a script which can track progress.
Below is a snippet, can this be used in a script to show something like a
progress bar.
I have already received help from Richard Mueller and I am very grateful,
but I just can't help looking for answers.

' Track Script Progress in a Command Window

Wscript.Echo "Processing information. This might take several minutes."
strComputer = "."
Set objWMIService = GetObject("winmgmts:" &
"{impersonationLevel=impersonate}!\\" & strComputer & "\root\cimv2")
Set colServices = objWMIService.ExecQuery("Select * from Win32_Service")
For Each objService in colServices
Wscript.StdOut.Write(".")
Next
Wscript.StdOut.WriteLine
Wscript.Echo "Service information processed."

If this can be used, how would I make it work for backing up files using my
script so far, which is:

Set Command = WScript.CreateObject("WScript.Shell")
Command.Run """c:\Program Files (x86)\SyncToy 2.0\SynctoyCmd.exe"" -r"

Kind regards

John
