How to login any Windows Machine remotely using script

Hello,

I need to login any user's machine remotely as admin using VBScript or
perl or any tools.
Could you please advise/provide if you have such scripts or tools?

Thank you in advance.

There are a number of tools that can give you remote access to manage
various aspects of systems on your network, but the best general-purpose
tool is to logon remotely using Remote Desktop. Try running MSTSC.EXE.
