| | Detecting network synchronisation status I have designed a website using ASP (Visual Basic) which our staff use both interally and externally (i.e. on and off our network). Browsing network folders is available to the user when using the site on the network. However, if the user has a laptop which has not synchronised with the server, network folders set for synchronisation appear empty when they are not. I understand the reasons for this, however I would like to be able to present the users with a friendly warning if they have not synchronised their laptop. Is there some sort of system flag I can access which will tell me whether a given laptop client has synchronised with the network or not (the same trigger which makes the Synchronisation Manager icon appear on the task bar)? Thanks |
