By far the simplest way is with a batch file. Under WinXP it would looke
like this:
@echo off
del /q "%UserProfile%\Start Menu\*.lnk"
del /q "%AllUsersProfile%\Start Menu\*.lnk"

In VB Script you would have to use the File System Object to do this:
1. Get the folder you wish to clean out.
2. Delete all files with a .lnk extension.
